This is a junior, on-site role with a strong focus on mechanical repair, documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Inspect industrial pumps and mechanical components for wear, damage, and failure

  • Disassemble pumps to assess internal condition and identify repair needs

  • Replace worn or defective parts such as seals, bearings, impellers, gaskets, hoses, and fittings

  • Flush, clean, and recondition internal pump components to remove residue and buildup

  • Reassemble pumps and perform functional testing to verify proper operation

  • Document repairs, parts used, and findings in maintenance records

  • Follow company safety procedures and regulatory requirements, including chemical handling, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures

About You

You have at least 2 years of experience in pump repair, mechanical maintenance, or a related field, with experience working on industrial pumps, fluid systems, or similar equipment preferred. You bring strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and a solid understanding of pump components and repair techniques. You are comfortable reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams, using hand tools and mechanical equipment safely, and applying basic knowledge of hydraulics and fluid systems in your daily work.

You are detail-oriented, committed to quality workmanship, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining accurate documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and technical or vocational training in mechanical maintenance is preferred. You must also be able to complete and maintain required role-specific and company-wide safety training and certifications in line with regulatory and company standards.
