Alleima receives a large order for steam generator tubes in the Nuclear segment

Alleima has received a large order for steam generator tubes (SGT) in the Nuclear segment, to a total value of approximately SEK 530 million. To meet the growing demand, Alleima has recently announced a capacity expansion with the reopening of one of its SGT facilities in Sandviken, Sweden.

Alleima supplies Preem in the green transition of the aviation industry

Alleima will supply Preem with heat exchanger tubes to be used in the conversion of the Lysekil refinery from fossil to renewable fuels. The investment is an important part of Sweden's green energy transition and will make Preem the largest producer of renewable jet fuel in northern Europe.

The Vasa ship

The Vasa ship

A team of metallurgical experts from Alleima and engineers from the Vasa Museum, have together worked to replace approximately 5,000 steel bolts with new bolts made of super-duplex and hyper-duplex stainless steel.
