“Safety first” is Alleima’s motto, and we work preventively to minimize the number of incidents. We strengthened our safety program during the year. The program includes our safety principles and clear plans in each division for how the health and safety of our employees must be improved.
Alleima strives to ensure that all employees can thrive and develop in the company, and is convinced that diversity, equality and inclusion are key to our continued success. The company works actively to create an inclusive and equitable workplace. In the autumn of 2023, an ambassador program for diversity and inclusion was launched to raise awareness and encourage inclusive behavior in the workplace.
This includes training on the company's core values, diversity and inclusion, and psychological safety to implement new ways of thinking and strengthen the organization's culture.
