A couple of weeks have passed since the 2025 Yangjiang Knife Expo. Looking back, it was not only a great opportunity to meet knife makers, manufacturers, and enthusiasts but also to learn more about evolving needs and trends within the knife industry.

Throughout the exhibition, the Alleima team welcomed many visitors to our booth — from knife makers and manufacturers to suppliers and enthusiasts eager to learn more about our high-performance knife steel portfolio.

Our materials specialists engaged in meaningful discussions and exchanged insights on performance optimization, machining techniques, and new design trends shaping the knife industry.

These conversations provided us with valuable perspectives on what knife makers trulyneedinsights that will help us continue refining our material.
We continue to advance the limits of strip steel performance, enabling next-generation blades that are sharper, stronger, and more sustainable.

“The Yangjiang Knife Expo continues to be an important platform for us to connect with customers, exchange knowledge, and showcase our steel grades in premium knife steel,” says Eric Peng, Key account manager at Alleima. “It’s encouraging to see the growing recognition of Alleima and our high-performance materials among knife professionals in China and beyond.”

The exhibition once again proved why Yangjiang is considered the heart of China’s knife manufacturing industry — a place where craftsmanship meets innovation. For Alleima, it was also a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, introduce our brand and knife steel grades to new audiences, and demonstrate our commitment to the future of knife steel.

A big thank you to everyone who visited our booth, shared their experiences, and contributed to the great atmosphere. We look forward to continuing these conversations and to seeing you again at next year’s event!
