To carry out preventive & predictive maintenance activity.
To carry out breakdown maintenance to achieve targets.
To attend breakdown of all machines as per requirement.
To maintain discipline as per rules & regulation of the organization.
To produce quality work as per job requirement.
To carry out in process inspection as per ISO-9001 work instruction.
Fill up the PM report with all the relevant information.
Better Communication between the shifts.
Follow the OHSAS statutory work instruction for health & safety aspect which includes safe material handling, safe machine operating, use of PPE,
Follow the EHS statutory work instruction for the protection of environment which covers saving of natural resources, prevention of land, air & water contamination, reduction of waste generation in all the operation.
Communicate with your shift engineer for any query/problem pertaining to maintenance, safety, environment, etc.
To maintain proper cleaning of machine & surrounding area after work.
To carry out proper daily shift wise job description in Logbook.
To follow instructions of your superiors.
EHS Responsibility
To close near misses and hazards
To minimize the risk in production line with engineering solution
To minimize the oil leakage ( Pilger oil , Hydraulic oil , Air )
Authority and Accountability:
Passionate to reduce the machine breakdown, as a result machine uptime enhances.
Active participation in step change meeting and initiate to increase the machine OEE.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of Hydraulic, pneumatic
Basic knowledge of maintenance of Cold finish machineries
EXPERIENCE
5 to 10 Years
EDUCATION
Diploma Mechanical/ ITI fitter
