Your Responsibilities:
For this position, we are looking for an experienced candidate who will take responsibility for the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the IT department. An integral part of the role is leading, developing, evaluating, and motivating a team of five IT specialists.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing local IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Ensuring continuous availability of IT systems critical for production
- Capacity planning and lifecycle management of IT assets
- Ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies
- Supporting processes across the company (production, technology, logistics, procurement, HR, finance, EHS, engineering, etc.)
- Participating in projects related to business processes, system modernization, and digitalization initiatives
- Defining and implementing long-term IT strategy
- Planning the local IT budget
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
About You:
This role requires a university degree and proven experience in leading IT teams. We expect a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user services, and IT systems, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, who can effectively collaborate with company leadership and other key stakeholders. The ability to make independent decisions, set priorities, and take responsibility for assigned areas—even under pressure—is essential.
Fluency in English is a must. Experience in an international company of similar size and familiarity with corporate environments and processes are considered an advantage.
