Your Role
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at Alleima, you will oversee and supervise the maintenance team responsible for keeping our production machinery operating at peak performance. You will develop maintenance strategies that support continuous manufacturing of ultra-fine diameter wire used in medical devices, while ensuring the plant remains compliant with all safety regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
—Overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department with a strong focus on production equipment uptime
—Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance procedures that support continuous manufacturing and minimize downtime
—Inspecting precision production machinery and industrial equipment regularly to identify and address potential issues
—Directing the repair, troubleshooting, and replacement of malfunctioning manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted production
—Leading, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians in a production-focused environment
—Partnering with engineering and operations to coordinate facility improvements, site upgrades, and infrastructure needs that support manufacturing output
—Ensuring that the plant is compliant with all relevant safety regulations and standards
About you
You are a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance supervision. You understand that maintenance is critical to production success and have experience supporting high-precision manufacturing environments.
Your knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment reliability makes you a valuable asset to our team. You are comfortable balancing reactive repairs with strategic planning to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
You have experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing setting and understand the urgency of keeping production running. Your strong organizational and time management skills allow you to manage multiple priorities while supporting plant upgrades and operational improvements.
With your understanding of current safety regulations and your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams, you help ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
