Departmental Responsibilities :-
- Follow procedures for procurement of goods and services related to indirect purchase.
- Support for procurement of goods and services.
- Coordination with Suppliers for on time delivery as per PO.
- Support for commercial and documentation for all contracts related to Indirect Purchase
- Support for timely payments to suppliers.
- MIS updation
- Participation in ensuring all actions in the department are in the direction of achieving company’s qualitative & quantitative targets and follow all statutory requirements of the company.
- Participation to ensure the department working & maintaining record as per the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
- Support for processing commercial for vendor documentation, advance payment process, item code creation, clearing invoice discrepancies in BPS, provision to finance, Line add for Open PO for Indirect Purchase department.
Key Stakeholders :-
- Production CF, Mechanical Maintenance, HR-Admin, IT, Quality, Civil Maintenance & Projects, Min Max applicable to CF/Mechanical Maintenance/HR/Quality (This might change based on department’s requirement).
EHS Responsibility :-
- Follow EHS guidelines and procedures, reporting hazards and potential improvement areas and participating to improve their work environment.
- Work according to AIPL Safety Principles towards the vision of zero harm.
Accountability :-
- Ensuring all processes are transparent, ethical, and adhere to established standards. This includes clear documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements to promote responsible and fair procurement practices.
Experience Required :-
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years
Education Qualification :-
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Graduate
Budget :-
- Up to 2.4 Lacs Annual
