Your Responsibilities:
In connection with the upcoming change in the production organizational structure, we are opening 4 Production Unit Manager positions for the following areas: Rolling Mill, Finishing Lines, NDT, and Welding.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, evaluating, motivating, and developing your assigned team, as well as ensuring the overall performance and smooth operation of the designated production unit across all shifts.
Additional responsibilities include:
Monitoring and evaluating production indicators (KPI, OEE, YIELD)
Developing and managing action plans to improve efficiency
Driving continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing preventive measures
Monitoring costs and preparing budgets for individual cost centers
Close cooperation with colleagues across departments
Ensuring compliance with company safety standards
About You:
For all four positions, we require at least a secondary education completed with a school-leaving examination (equivalent to A-levels or high school diploma), previous experience managing a production unit, and the ability to communicate professionally in English.
The role involves working extensively with data, performance indicators, and reporting; therefore, strong analytical skills and data orientation are essential.
We are looking for a person with natural authority who can lead a team with composure and fairness, even in demanding operational conditions. We place strong emphasis on the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Excellent technical understanding, knowledge of manufacturing technologies, and advanced PC skills are required, particularly with daily use of systems such as Maximo, CaneaOne, Power BI, MES, and others.
