Your Role
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive both technological innovation and business growth. Collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and international partners, you will oversee new product development programs from concept to market launch within the industrial heating area. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering project outcomes, creating customer value, and ensuring that strategic business objectives are achieved.
- Lead from the front—coordinate all facets of project delivery including planning, staffing, resources, subcontractor relationships, and close stakeholder management with finance, quality assurance, sourcing, logistics et al.
- Drive risk and change management to ensure smooth project execution—anticipate challenges and implement mitigation strategies to keep everything on track.
- Ensure project excellence by aligning with top-tier security, quality, and contractual requirements, set the standard, don’t just meet it.
- Lead retrospectives with impact—uncover insights, leverage AI-powered tools, and actively share findings to boost organizational learning and innovation.
- Own the project budget—monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with the approved business case to deliver value and results.
- Be a champion of PMO excellence—stay aligned with our evolving standards, digitalization and play a key role in shaping the future culture of project management at the company.

About You
We are looking for a Project Manager with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant engineering field e.g. Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical engineering, together with early- to mid-career experience in industrial projects, preferably involving product and prototype development in a business or R&D environment.
We are looking for a candidate with early- to mid-career experience in industrial project environments and prior experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the semiconductor, energy, or related engineering sectors. You possess a strong technical foundation and a solid understanding of engineering principles, complemented by project management experience. Formal project management training or certification is an advantage. Given our global organization, excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential. A PMI certification is valued for this position, but if you’re not certified yet, we offer the training from our side.
As a leader, you're down-to-earth, respectful, communicative, and have social skills, someone who builds strong networks and engages in open dialogue. You’re driven, curious with an attitude to learn, and confident, bringing both international experience and a steady presence to your work.
