Your Role

As the QEHS-Manager for our Concord Production Unit, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site-wide QEHS programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across all functions
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, supply chain, and leadership to strengthen engagement and performance
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and sustained compliance
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build QEHS awareness and capability across the workforce
  • Monitor QEHS performance, analyze trends, and present results and improvement plans to leadership

About You

You are a strong, visible leader who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and is passionate about protecting people, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
  • 5+ years of QEHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance activities
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage teams at all levels
