Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities.

Your key tasks will include:

—Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

—Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

—Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.

—Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.

—Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

—Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality.

—Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.

About You

You are proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Your strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices makes you a valuable asset to our team. Familiarity with PLC systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals are essential skills for this role.

You can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to production. Basic computer skills are necessary to maintain digital records and utilize maintenance management software.

With a minimum of 3 —5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, you bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices is highly valued. A high school diploma or GED is required, and certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field is preferred. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
