Engineered Tubular Solutions for Demanding Offshore and Subsea Environments
Rio Oil & Gas (ROG.e) is the largest conference of its kind in Latin America. It brings together experts and companies from Brazil and abroad to debate the energy industry, encouraging knowledge and generating business in the sector.
Join us at Pavillion 3 booth #J52 to learn how our world-leading materials technology advances the oil and gas industry to combat aggressive environments, pushing products and processes to become more efficient, more profitable, and more sustainable.
Value propositions
Proven Deepwater Reliability
Deploy precision-engineered umbilical tubing backed by more than 160 million meters installed globally across critical subsea fields without metallurgical failure.
High-Strength Super-Duplex Metallurgy
Specify SAF®3007 super-duplex stainless steel for extreme deepwater pressures, offering elevated mechanical strength, lighter Umbilical and robust corrosion resistance.
Integrated Downhole Control Solutions
Protect continuous well operations with cold-worked control lines and chemical injection tubing tested to withstand aggressive sour gas and high-temperature conditions.
You’ll be able to explore our broad portfolio of products for the upstream and midstream sectors including:
- SAF®3007 Super-Duplex for Extreme Pressure Service: SAF®3007 provides high yield strength and superior pitting resistance for demanding deepwater umbilical applications. Its optimized chemical composition allows for lighter, thinner-walled tubing designs capable of handling severe hydrostatic and internal pressures.
- Umbilical Tubes – Super-duplex stainless steels that combine high corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. With excellent resistance to seawater and marine environments, they are particularly well-suited for applications exposed to high stress in aggressive chloride-rich environments.
- Control Lines – High-performance control and chemical injection lines in austenitic and duplex stainless steels, designed to provide reliable performance, superior corrosion resistance, and long service life in critical downhole and subsea applications.
- Downhole Casing and Production Tubing (OCTG) – Made in corrosion-resistant alloys such as duplex stainless steels and austenitic Fe- and Ni-base alloys, ideal for coping with aggressive environments in wells sour from hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and other chemicals.
We will also be featuring our Sanicro® 35 tube and bar solutions, an innovative alloy that bridges the gap between standard stainless steels and nickel alloys. Sanicro® 35 provides a cost-effective way to combat severe corrosion in some of the industry's most challenging service conditions.
