Our approach to CSR

Our Community Engagement Strategy is holistic and long-term. It aligns with our core values — We care, We deliver, We evolve — as well as our sustainability goals across Circularity, Climate, and People, while adhering to our Code of Conduct.

Our rich experience spanning decades across multiple locations in India has provided insights into the gaps in social development that need to be addressed to support economic growth. We believe our impact is greatest when we focus on areas where we can leverage our core competencies and our employees' skills.

Every intervention is delivered through structured CSR projects, guided by well-defined policies and robust processes for impact measurement and communication.

Our vision

Strategic partnerships and solutions for long-term sustainable impact, in the context of Indian Society. Our CSR vision in India is to set industry standard and establish models of strategic sustainable and scalable solutions in the context of Indian society and helping beneficiaries attain their full potential.
