Join Alleima at the 2026 Canadian Hydrogen Convention

Engineering reliable hydrogen infrastructure

With more than 160 years of materials expertise, Alleima continues to support the growth of the hydrogen industry through high performance solutions designed for demanding environments.

Our advanced tubing and engineering capabilities support the hydrogen value chain from production and distribution to refuelling and utilization.

At the 2026 Canadian Hydrogen Convention, discover how our tubing solutions help hydrogen infrastructure projects improve safety, efficiency and long-term reliability.

Comprehensive hydrogen tubing solutions

We provide a wide range of tubing products engineered for demanding hydrogen applications. Our capabilities include:

  1. Tubes supplied as coils, in fixed length
Designed for high-pressure hydrogen systems and critical infrastructure applications
  2. Cone and threaded tubes
Engineered for secure and reliable connections in complex hydrogen installations
  3. High-quality seamless tubing
Supporting safety, consistency and long-term performance in hydrogen environments
  4. Customized solutions
Alleima Engineering supports customers with precision bending, end finishing, heat exchanger fabrication, and technical design support, including detailed drawings and project consultation

See our on-site tubing solution in action

Visit our booth to explore a model of an HRS,demonstrating how Alleima’s tubing solutions are applied in real-world systems. By enabling precision tubing preparation directly at the project site, the solution simplifies installation and supports efficient project execution. Key benefits include:

  1. On-site manufacturing - precision cutting and straightening of tubing coils directly at the installation location
  2. Versatile deployment - adaptable to a wide range of terrains and installation environments
  3. Enhanced safety and compliance - seamless tubing designed to meet strict hydrogen industry standards
  4. Reduced material waste - precision monitoring ensures tubing can be cut to exact length required
  5. Faster installation - streamlined processes help reduce installation time and improve project efficiency

Supporting the growth of hydrogen infrastructure

Alleima plays an active role in advancing hydrogen infrastructure around the world. We have contributed to more than 80 hydrogen refuelling station projects across Europe. One important capability includes the fabrication of high-pressure heat exchangers that cool hydrogen before fuelling. This improves station efficiency and allows more vehicles to be serviced in less time.

With extensive materials expertise and application knowledge, we support customers in developing reliable hydrogen systems designed for long-term performance.

Sanicro® 35 excellent high-performance solution for highly Corrosive Environments

Our high alloyed austenitic stainless steel Sanicro® 35 is used globally by several chemical and refinery industries as it’s an excellent high-performance solution for highly corrosive environments.

SAF™ 3006

SAF™ 3006 is a high-alloy duplex (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel optimized for general corrosion resistance, which gives benefits where traditional super duplex grades suffer from high corrosion rates due to general corrosion.
