Superheater tubes and reheater tubes in a comprehensive range of stainless steels and nickel alloys covering outside diameters 12 to 260 mm (0.472 to 10.24 in.).
Our superheater tube and reheater tube materials cover all types of fuel, such as coal, gas, oil, black liquor and biomass. The Alleima portfolio also includes composite tubes consisting of two different alloys fully bonded together.
Our new material Sanicro® 25 is engineered for the next generation of coal-fired power boilers, contributing to significantly greater efficiency and sharply lower CO2 emissions. It is ideal for superheater and reheater tubes, allowing for material temperatures of up to 700ºC (1290ºF). Read more about Sanicro® 25.
