Heat exchanger tube

Tube, pipe, fittings and flanges

Heat exchanger tube in an extensive range of austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium and zirconium, suitable for all types of heat exchangers, such as seawater coolers, condensers, evaporators, heaters and reheaters.

Heat exchanger tube

Our heat exchanger tube portfolio includes imperial and metric sizes, from outside diameter 12 mm up to 40 mm (0.472 to 1.575 in.). Special sizes can be made to order. Alleima heat exchanger tubes are supplied in straight lengths up to 30 meters, or as U-bent tubes.

Lower life-cycle cost with duplex stainless steels

Our portfolio of duplex stainless steels is the widest on the market. Duplex stainless steel heat exchanger tubes perform exceptionally well in a variety of environments and media common in process industries, resulting in lower life-cycle costs.

An innovative and sustainable alternative to expensive nickel alloys

Lower life cycle cost with Alleima solutions, two suitable grades

Sanicro® 35 (UNS NO8935)

Sanicro® 35 (UNS NO8935)

An alloy combining the best features of a super austenitic stainless steel and nickel alloy. It is a cost-efficient alternative to high nickel alloys, when the properties of a standard duplex or austenitic grade may be insufficient.

SAF™ 3006 (UNS S83071)

SAF™ 3006 (UNS S83071)

A new innovation for acidic environments. It is a high-alloy duplex (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel that is tailored to enhance corrosion resistance in acid and caustic environments. Designed specifically for heat exchangers within the chemical and petrochemical industries.
