Your Role

In your role as Sales Region Manager, North America West, you will develop relationships with both existing and potential new customers in the OEM and third-party manufacturing market space for medical devices.

Here are some key responsibilities in this role:

  • Bring alignment between Alleima capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in product portfolio of medical wire and customer applications.
  • Ensure Profitable growth in sales and revenue through planning and execution.
  • Develop and evaluate business plans and strategy to ensure organizational objectives are on target.
  • Provide value to customers by collaborating and partnering both internally and externally.
  • Support team members, negotiate prices, prepare agreements and quotes.
  • Environmental Protection: Implementing strategies to reduce the environmental impact of organizational operations.
  • Emergency Response Coordination: Preparing for and responding to emergency situations effectively
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
  • Training and Communication: Ensuring compliance with all required EHS related training and communication requirements.
  • This role will not have direct reports to manage.

About You

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

We are looking for someone with an academic background within engineering, or medical device field, minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with knowledge gained through solid work experience. The candidate should also have a background and passion for consultative selling and providing best in class customer service.

To be successful in the role you should thrive in an environment that can change quickly with an eye towards continuous improvement in a very collaborative way. We expect you to be a team player with the ability to network and communicate (both in writing and interpersonally) with people from diverse backgrounds.
