Yong-Joo Kim graduated with BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering and is currently working for Webco industries as V.P. Process and Product Innovation. Last 40+ years, he has worked in steel tube manufacturing industry in the fields of quality, metallurgy, process engineering, technical services, and technology development. His experience includes carbon and stainless-steel tube welding, fabrication, heat treatment, materials, corrosion, failure analysis, quality systems and NDE inspection.

He is currently ASNT Level III of Eddy Current, Ultrasonic and Radiographic testing methods.
