Karen Picker is the regional Technical Marketing Manager for the Americas at Alleima (formerly Sandvik). She is the chair of API-938 C, use of duplex in refineries and an active member of the Materials Technology Institute (MTI) and AMPP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and a Master of Engineering Management from the Ohio State University. Karen’s group serves as the link between Alleima’s R&D, tube production and the end user.
