At the Alleima Annual General Meeting held in Göransson Arena on May 2, the general meeting decided to re-elect current board members and elected Victoria Van Camp as a new board member.
At this year's AGM, Göran Björkman, Claes Boustedt, Ulf Larsson, Andreas Nordbrandt, Susanne Pahlén Åklundh and Karl Åberg were re-elected as board members. Victoria Van Camp was elected and welcomed as a new board member for Alleima.
Andreas Nordbrandt was re-elected chairman of the board. The trade unions have appointed Tomas Kärnström and Mikael Larsson as regular board members and Niclas Widell and Maria Sundqvist as deputies.
Victoria Van Camp
Victoria Van Camp, born 1966, holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Machine Elements, and is an adjunct professor of Machine Elements at Luleå University of Technology. Victoria Van Camp, furthermore, has years of experience of board work in both listed and unlisted companies, and has held many senior positions, including as CTO and President, Technology at SKF.
The Nomination Committee consists of its Chairman Fredrik Lundberg (Industrivärden), Bo Selling (Lundbergföretagen), Jan Dworsky (Swedbank Robur Funds), Anders Algotsson (AFA Försäkring) and Andreas Nordbrandt (Chairman of the Board of Alleima AB).
