Hello Roberto!
Tell us about your current role and the journey that’s brought you this far
My role is to lead the EMEA sales organization. My main responsibilities include making sure the team are engaged, and making sure we maintain great relationships with our customers. It’s vital to have passion for what we are doing and to deliver good results. That’s what leads to customer satisfaction.
I started to work for the company in 1996 and grew in different roles up until 2015. I explored other routes for six years, before returning in 2021. One of my motivations for coming back was to be with a company that can show how good we are compared to our peers.
Why are you proud to be part of Alleima?
I love being part of a company that puts the people in the centre. Alleima cares about the stakeholders, all of them. Here I feel I am part of something bigger.
This is a company made by people. I believe we should work hard to always keep the focus on people, where safety comes first of everything, where every voice counts, and where all employees are looking for the same result; to develop, deliver and work in safe conditions. In other words, we do what our core values stand for.

As a salesperson I resonate most with ‘We deliver’; (even though I connect with all our core values). I believe a good sales representative always strives to deliver what you commit to.
How is Alleima advancing your own growth and development?
Alleima has helped me become the business person that I am today. They’ve really supported my development. My manager acts as my role model, and I’ve had great training, too.
