Your Role

As Field Sales Professional you will be responsible for the following:

  • Accountable for all opportunities created for existing and potentially new customers that are allocated to the field sales.

  • Responsible for managing the entire sales process for Standard and Complex opportunities.

  • Act as sales project manager for all Standard and Complex opportunities, being on top of progress even though certain activities are handled by for instance Technical Marketing.

  • Responsible to perform customer-oriented activities (finding new business leads within existing and new customers, value based exploratory meetings, proposal presentation meetings, subsequent closing activities and drive pricing activities according to agreed targets).

  • Monitor industry competitors, new products and market conditions and feed back into the relevant departments.

  • Collecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and local/country trends.

  • Responsible in forecasting process within own area

  • Other duties as assigned.

In addition, after taking over the Sales Manager role you will be responsible for the following :

  • Responsible for the creation of the business plan and execution of activities in respective country.

  • Accountable for reaching the short term sales and business development targets including price management.

  • Responsible to manage & develop the organization – Competence, Development, Structure.

  • Accountable for the forecast and assisting the Sales Area. Manager with relevant information at customer, industry segment and product level.

  • Drive business intelligence activities including, but not limited to, competitor activities, industry segment behavior etc.

  • Accountable for AR and Overdues within the responsible country.

  • Coach and drive sales teams to ensure the targets are met, people management.

  • To seek understand and due diligence of anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) policy/guidelines within defined region.

Required qualifications

  • Experiences as Sales Professional in the related industries (electric thermal solutions, furnaces, and relevant industries such as ceramics, semiconductor chips, glass, petrochemical, secondary batteries, heat treatment, metal, and electronics) with us is mandatory

  • People management experiences and strong leadership skills; ablity to influence and drive organization

  • Professional English and native level in Korean

  • Commuting to our office(Busan) is mandatory
