Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality control in our heating materials production. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, and possess exceptional skills in project management, quality management systems, and ISO standards. The ability to communicate effectively in Tamil, English, and Hindi is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of product development and manufacturing. Implement, manage, and maintain Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Develop and implement strategies for the improvement of production processes and product quality. Manage and maintain company standards in relation to Six Sigma methodologies. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of dies used in manufacturing. Conduct regular quality assessments and present findings to management. Train and guide staff on new quality assurance processes and policy updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi. Proven experience with Six Sigma methodology. Knowledgeable about dies and their use in manufacturing processes. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in an engineering field. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Prior experience in continuous product assembly line manufacturing.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, which may require occasional weekend and evening work during project deadlines. The role requires both onsite work at the manufacturing facility and office-based work.
