Your Role
As part of the Tube sales organization in China, this role is aiming to support business growth by providing business intelligence data and insights about potential business partners; new markets, products and services; or other business opportunities so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
Your main task and responsibilities include:
Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, trade shows or purchased sources
Manage the timely flow of business intelligence report to key users and stakeholders
Identify and monitor current and potential customers and business partners
Synthesize business information and trend data to support recommendations for action
Identify and analyze industry and country trends with business strategy implications
Maintain a Business Intelligence library and support the easy access of information
Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers and professional organizations to stay on top of industry segment or business trends
Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve the sales of existing products
Analyze competitor market strategies through analysis of related products and service, market, or market share trends
About You
We are looking for someone holds a bachelor or master’s degree required, major in a business-related, analytical, or scientific discipline (e.g., business management, marketing, economics, statistics, etc.) preferred.
You shall have Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business analysis, with in-depth knowledge of principles and concepts. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to identify market trends, draw insights and business implications. Knowledge of one or more Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, SAS, Looker, is plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, like PowerPoint, Powe BI, Word etc.
As a person you are self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, positive and result oriented attitude, always willing to explore the unknown. A team player, that has good communication skills and stakeholder management skills. You shall have excellent English language skill, can work in an English environment, enjoy working with multicultural partners.
