Freeflex® Versa

Alleima's latest product based on the Freeflex composition. Freeflex Versa has further elevated mechanical properties and a refined microstructure, to offer superior fatigue and wear resistance especially for refrigeration and freezer reciprocating compressor applications.

Freeflex® Core

A martensitic stainless chromium steel, with a new chemical composition alloyed with Cu. Freeflex Core has been designed with enhanced fatigue- and wear resistance compared to Alleima Hiflex. Freeflex Core is especially suitable for AC and heat pump, rotary- and scroll compressors operating at elevated temperatures.

Hiflex™

Based on the same chemical composition as Alleima 7C27Mo2 our Alleima Hiflex has modified mechanical properties and microstructure that offer superior fatigue and wear resistance. It allows valves to operate in tougher conditions compared to Alleima 7C27Mo2.

Alleima® 7C27Mo2

A martensitic stainless chromium steel alloyed with molybdenum with enhanced properties compared with Alleima 20C for compressor in practically all applications.

Alleima® 20C

A martensitic carbon steel (1% C) tailored with excellent properties for basic compressor applications in which valves are operating at moderate conditions.
