As a Product Manager for our Hydraulic and Instrumentation products to will be driving the growth and portfolio development in close collaboration with our key customers, sales organization, technical marketing and distribution channels in China.
You will take the lead for the pricing and profitability management of the portfolio to ensure the foundation is there to drive profitable growth.
You will drive the new product development (NPD) to ensure that the portfolio is developing and evolving to meet the needs of the market through the product life cycle.
You will work with the Key End Users within the Chemical & Petrochemical, Marine, Offshore Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Semiconductor and Medial Industries to gain preference, approvals, and sales growth for our products.
You will take control of the marketing and promotion to maintain the leadership of the product portfolio in the market.
You will develop the distributor network to facilitate sales through the network to reach ambitious growth targets.
You have experience working with hydraulic and instrumentation fluid systems and knowledge of the key actors and products within the industry.
You have worked in a high paced sales organization with a track record of success working with key customers and management teams.
You have deep understanding of pricing and profitability management and creating a marketing strategy that leads to profitable growth.
You are passionate for growth and development with a never give up attitude that supports success.
You love to travel, meet your stakeholders, and develop sticky relationships to support personal and professional growth.
You have a masters in materials, marketing or management and are fluent in both Chinese and English.
