Sanergy™ LT

Alleima Surface Technology produces coated strip for PEMFC bipolar plates using a technologically advanced, environmentally friendly vacuum-coating process, applied to long continuous lengths. This eliminates the need to wait for sub-suppliers to coat individual plates. With Sanergy™ LT technology, we deliver PVD-coated coils in continuous lengths up to more than 10,000 meters – all with nanometer-level precision.

Sanergy™ HT

Our focus on more cost-effective, industrial-scale production of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC) interconnectors starts with Sanergy™HT. This product combines a resilient, low-cost substrate with a protective coating to avoid Cr evaporation and resulting cell degradation. It is produced in our state-of-the-art, roll-to-roll coating line using mass production technology.
