We are committed to sustainable procurement practices that minimize our negative social and environmental impacts as well as improve the sustainability performance of our suppliers and strive to ensure that all suppliers comply with our Supplier Code of conduct.

Alleima aims for all supplier relationships to be built on honesty, trust, cooperation and mutual sustainability standards. To ensure this, compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct is important. The standards are about protecting the environment, mitigating climate change, building circularity as well as respecting human and labor rights and committing to conducting business with high ethical integrity.
We encourage our suppliers to strive towards continual improvement in the areas of the Supplier Code of conduct.
Global Procurement Policy
We have adopted a Global Procurement Policy that sets the governance for our procurement practices, including compliance with our sustainability requirements. This includes our commitment to sustainable procurement processes.
We strive to develop transparency regarding sustainability performance among our suppliers and to cooperate with compliant suppliers. In support of our pursuit, we have chosen EcoVadis, a global sustainability rating company, to help us conduct individual sustainability performance assessments of our suppliers.

Alleima has received a silver medal from EcoVadis, a leading provider of corporate sustainability assessments, for its sustainability performance. Our result places us in the 91st percentile, meaning that our result ranks us better than 91% of the companies assessed by EcoVadis. Read more >>
