Precision and versatility in advanced laser drilling solutions.
Alleima utilizes advanced laser drilling technologies to deliver precise and efficient laser drilling solutions for various applications. Our expertise encompasses a range of different technologies to perform a variety of drilling sizes, from micro diameters to larger diameters.
Our expertise
Single-Shot Drilling
Single-shot drilling employs a single laser pulse to create each hole. This method allows for drilling as small as 0.025 mm, depending on the material properties and geometry. The typical ratio between wall thickness and drilling is 1:20.
Percussion Drilling
In percussion drilling, both the laser beam and the workpiece remain stationary. The drilling process can involve single or continuous laser pulses, depending on the material. This technique also allows for holes as small as 0.025 mm, maintaining a wall thickness to drilling ratio of 1:20.
Trepan Drilling
Trepan drilling involves moving the workpiece in a circular motion under a fixed laser beam, controlled by CNC. This technique is ideal for creating larger diameter holes, starting from 0.05 mm, with a similar wall thickness to drilling ratio of 1:20.
How it works
Laser welding uses a focused beam of light to fuse materials together at the joint. The energy is concentrated in a small area, producing minimal heat-affected zones and reducing distortion. The process supports various welding techniques, including:
- Spot welding
- Seam welding
- Circular seam welding
Our systems also allow for precise control of weld depth and amplitude, enabling reliable connections even in microscale geometries.
Key benefits
- Accurate Results
- Minimal heat distortion
- Scalability
- Consistent weld seam depth and amplitude
- High-quality and reliable connections
