Inside Sales Representative Specialized Tubular Applications

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Business Unit Specialized America regional sales team. In this key role, you’ll manage customer accounts and drive sales development for mid and transactional accounts dedicated to high- pressure segment, while working hand-in-hand with our production in Germany where our products are manufactured, and local logistics teams in Clarks Summit (PA) to ensure smooth order execution and sales development.

As part of the Regional Americas Sales Organization, you’ll act as a critical link between our customers and our operational teams - ensuring reliable communication, accurate pricing, and on-time delivery. You also serve as the regional point of contact for the Americas in sales process development, guiding and supporting the regional team in their sales process activities

Your Role

  • Safety First: Promote a safe and healthy work environment—both physically and psychologically—by encouraging open communication and respectful teamwork

  • Customer Account Management: Own the full sales process for mid and transactional accounts, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.

  • Support to Key Accounts: Assist Key Account Managers in the global sales organization in preparing offers, ensuring compliance with pre-approved pricing structures.

  • Proactive Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times.

  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase business within your accounts and collaborate with the sales team to develop these leads.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and quality to ensure accurate deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data, monitor account activity, and support decision-making through timely reporting in relevant ERP and CRM systems.

  • Clear Pricing Execution: Apply pricing instructions and contract terms consistently and accurately.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-looking team, where your voice matters and your contributions drive our success. As part of a global company, you’ll work locally in Clark Summit (PA) or in remote in Pennsylvania state while being connected to an international network—blending sales focus, operational excellence, and customer commitment.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial sales environment. You should have hands-on experience with pre-sales activities, including preparing and negotiating offers, and be confident in managing customer interactions with a clear focus on sales development.

A university degree, master’s degree, or relevant vocational qualification is required. A strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, and customer account management is essential for this role.

You must be highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and proactive in identifying sales growth opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, along with a good command of spoken and written English to ensure effective collaboration with global customers and internal teams. Proficiency in Office 365 and experience working with CRM and ERP systems is also required to maintain accurate customer records and support sales reporting.
