Main Responsibilities
- Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to sales inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
- Handle customer telephone queries, aiming to clarify, orient, and direct detected problems toward a solution.
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in a timely manner, consistent with service and quality standards.
- Process customer orders, bills, accounts, and applications; initiate maintenance and termination of accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
- Support the sales team in achieving growth targets for the hydraulic and instrumentation tube portfolio.
Experience
- 3-5 years in a sales or customer service environment.
- Experience with hydraulic and instrumentation tube or stainless steel materials is advantageous
Education
- University degree.
