We're seeking a talented Account Manager to lead our Long Products business across the USA and Canada. This includes pipe, hollow bar, and hollows. In this dynamic role,

you’ll take charge of defining sales and product strategies, spearheading product and portfolio development, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve profitable business growth. Your role
As Account Manager at Alleima, you'll be part of an international company with an open culture that values diversity and inclusion. You'll have the chance to make a real impact in advancing industries through materials technology. Travel is a natural part of this role, allowing you to broaden your horizons and build relationships with colleagues and customers worldwide. This role manages a team.
Role Description

  • Develop and implement the long product sales strategy to achieve profitable growth while maximizing production capacity.

  • Define and manage pricing and go-to-market strategies.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer partnerships.

  • Align the value proposition and product portfolio with industry trends and the evolving needs of the market.

  • Build and maintain relationships by conducting regular business meetings and delivering impactful presentations to key customers and partners.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering their growth and success.

  • Oversee daily operations within the sales team, including decision-making on quotes, projects, and commercial agreements.

  • Deliver comprehensive business reports, including opportunity funnels, forecasts, price development, and financial metrics.


Your profile
You are a results-driven leader with a passion for innovation and customer success. With a strategic mindset and a talent for business development, you excel at turning vision into results. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is dedicated to setting the standard for excellence.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, product management, sales, or business development.

  • Proven leadership experience is highly desirable.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen, including expertise in negotiating supply agreements and large contracts.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex matters clearly at all levels.

  • Expertise in navigating complex customer organizations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

  • Experiencing managing product and customer accounts, including business forecasting and reporting.

  • Fluency in English is essential
