The Sales Manager for Mexico at Business Unit Americas, Tube, is a challenging and rewarding position offering the opportunity to significantly impact our company's success. Key Duties and Responsibilities
-Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Your primary responsibility will include devising and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. This involves identifying potential markets, understanding customer needs, and tailoring our offerings to meet those needs effectively.
-Manage Key Customer Relationships and Negotiate Contracts
You will manage relationships with our key customers, ensure their satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty. This role also involves negotiating contracts that benefit both the company and the customers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
-Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities
It is crucial to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities. You will analyze these trends to identify opportunities for growth and ensure that our company remains competitive. This will involve regular market research and strategic planning.
-Communicate and Engage with Internal Support Team
Effective communication with the internal support team is essential. You will engage with various departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
-Create Marketing Initiatives
Your role will also encompass creating innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and improve market positioning. This includes developing marketing campaigns, overseeing their execution, and measuring their effectiveness.
Responsibility for the legal company Alleima Materials Technology
The Sales Manager for Mexico is also responsible for the legal unit of Mexico, Alleima Materials Technology. Some administrative duties are connected to this part of the job as:
Ensuring all documentation necessary for the company's operation is regularly validated.
Ensure the proper management of contracts with suppliers/partners in the shared areas regarding relationship and compliance.
Ensure, together with HR, an internally and externally balanced structure for managing salaries, benefits, recruitment, payroll, bonuses, and training to guarantee the hiring and retention of talent.
Represent the organization before public, supervisory, regulatory bodies, investors, media, customers and the community in general upon requests from the business areas and/or shared areas, evaluating the objectives and supporting with due clarification, aiming to promote/sustain transparent management before the market.
Monitor and facilitate the activities of the Information Technology area together with the regional organization located in the United States.
Skills and Qualifications
-Proven Leadership Experience
We are looking for a candidate with solid leadership experience in a sales role. You should have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Success in Outside Sales and Customer Service
Demonstrated success in outside sales, customer service, technical sales, and business development is essential. You should be able to showcase your ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals effectively.
-Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. You should be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally.
-Strategic Thinking
A strategic thinker who can drive results in a fast-paced environment is needed. You should be able to think critically and creatively to solve problems and develop strategies that will lead to sustained growth.
About You
Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial) or a degree in Business Administration with relevant technical sales experience.
Experience- 5 Plus years of management role and sales role.

You will be included in the profit sharing (according to Mexican law), and we are paying your salary for 13 months.
