We are manufacturing solutions made by wire and wire-based components in our manufacturing sites in the USA, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.

Your Role

In your role as Regional Sales Manager EMEA South, you will develop relationships with both existing and potential new customers in the OEM and third-party manufacturing market space for medical devices to ensure profitable growth in the sales region. For the growth journey in EMEA South we see especially France, Switzerland, Italy and Spain as high potential countries.

Some key responsibilities in this role are:

  • Prospect and develop new customers and markets in the medical device industry.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts and agreements.
  • Focus on key-opportunities to ensure profitable growth in sales and revenue.
  • Monitoring and analyzing your sales territory, identify market trends, forecast demands and prepare the annual sales budget for your territory.
  • Provide value to customers by collaborating and partnering both internally and externally.
  • Take the full ownership of the sales region to develop the market based on our global medical strategy.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales person with technical skills to take ownership of their region and drive sales success without the responsibility of managing a team.

About You

We are looking for someone with a background within engineering, or medical device field, minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with knowledge gained through solid work experience. Previous work experience in the wire industry would be ideal. The candidate should also have a background and passion for consultative selling, providing best in class customer service.

To be successful in the role you should thrive in an environment that can change quickly while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. We expect you to be a team player with the ability to network and communicate (both in writing and interactions) with people from diverse backgrounds.

Your main strength lies in developing trustworthy and long-term relationships with customers.

To effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues, you are proficient in both English and French. German and/or Italian would be a plus. In addition, you are knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Information

This role is remote and involves up to 50% travel. The location for the position is flexible within the assigned region of responsibility. The manager for this position is based in Germany.
