• Customer enquiry review including Quality planning,
• Order engineering and preparation of Quality plan. • Quality plan preparation, CITP (Customer inspection & test Plan).
• Support to qualification of new product & process.
• Support to make to Customer Inspection Test Plan (CITP).
• Dimension capability study
EHS Responsibility
- Follow EHS guidelines and procedures, reporting hazards and potential improvement areas and participating to improve their work environment.
- Work according to Alleima Safety Principles towards the vision of zero harm.
AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Authority:
- Stop any process if product quality does not meet with customer / specification requirements and inform to concern stake holders.
- Do not release order in PPC system till the customer requirements not proper clarity
Accountability:
- To fulfil the customer requirements & Alleima internal requirement.
Additional Roles & Responsibility
- Support to Metallographic (Microstructure evaluation) according to set guideline.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work in team & flexibility.
- Communication skill
- Process & specification knowledge (ASME/ASTM/EN standards and client’s spec)
- Auditing skill.
- Root cause analysis skill.

EDUCATION
Diploma/BE Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineer
