Your Role

The Global QEHS Manager is overall responsible for the QMS and to be the appointed management representative.

This includes implementation, development, and maintenance of the PU CL Quality and EHS management system.

The Global QEHS Manager is also responsible for interacting with key suppliers, customers, inside/outside sales, and operations personnel regarding Quality and EHS related matters. This includes, but is not limited to specification review, contract review etc.

  • Lead, Drive, support and manage the PU CL activities of Quality and EHS management system via both long-term development and Hands- On Management.
  • Includes but is not limited to manage, Quality and EHS KPIs/metrics, continuous improvements, training of personnel in system requirements, methods, and techniques, supporting audit processes, calibration, quality control, complaints, CAR, contract review and development activities.
  • Manage and Drive the Contract Review process of customer specification and customer PO
  • Maintain, manage and implement international standards such as ASTM, ASME, NACE
  • Be the management representative for QEHS
  • Further the Global QEHS Manager is responsible for being a lead auditor and manage the audit program.
  • Drive and secure Implementation of Alleima Sustainability Objectives on a PU level.

About You

Education- Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline at a minimum. Formal QMS training/ lead Auditor training.

Experience- 5-year experience in Quality Assurance or Environmental and Safety management systems role, activities international standards is required. Previous experience of a management position with Quality Assurance.
