Your Role
As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall day to day performance of Production Team Members and to assist Flow Leads in obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, profitability, and safety for the organization.
Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with Production Manager. You must contribute to the smooth performance of the organization.
Communicate with Production Manager on all Production concerns; with Maintenance Manager and/or Engineering on all equipment related issues.
Communicate positively and effectively with all Team Members. Be visible, approachable, and engaged throughout Production floors.
Responsible for driving production goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining Team Members, while resolving Team Member issues and disputes by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions.
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment. Monitoring Team Members, studying work methods, driving continuous improvements within the process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between Flows.
About You
Minimum of One-year supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance, and storage.
Experience in MS Office.
