We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support Human Resources in our Production Unit Alleima Special Metals located at Kennewick (WA) and specialized in producing the high precision titanium tube products for very demanding markets like Aerospace and Medical. Our production unit currently employs approximately 135 people, with an ambitious recruitment plan in place to support our growth objectives in the coming years.
Your Role
As a key member of the HR team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and site leadership, actively contributing to key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the HR Manager in areas such as full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and labor relations.
Your key responsibilities are :
Safety First: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring all HR activities and employee interactions prioritize a safe and compliant working environment. Act as a role model in promoting safety standards throughout the organization, including psychological safety.
Employer Branding: emphasizes participation in initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, promoting a positive company culture internally and externally.
Talents Acquisition: Covers the HR Generalist’s role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from maintaining job descriptions to onboarding new hires, with ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Employee relations & HR development: focuses on advising management, supporting employees with job related issues, and leading initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being, including event and recognition program.
HR Administration: Outlines the HR Generalist’s responsibilities in maintaining employee files, acting as a back-up for payroll, managing benefits program, administering leaves, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Other responsibilities: include any additional duties needed to support the HR department’s strategic goals.
Your profile
You bring a solid foundation with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, and if you have a PHR or SHRM-CP certification, even better! With 3+ years of successful HR experience in manufacturing environment, you’re ready to take on the complexities of unions and collective bargaining agreements with confidence.

What you can expect from us?
The salary range for this position is $71,000 to $89,000 annually with a 10% annual bonus and annual merit eligibility.
Additional elements of the compensation package include medical, dental, vision insurance as well as company paid disability and life insurance.
We offer paid time off, 11 paid holidays a year and a 401 (k) retirement savings plan that has a 5% company contribution with company match of 50% for the first 6% you invest.
