About the role
As a Finance Assistant at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling of general accounting activities and compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Your key tasks will include:
—Support changes regarding bank and treasury
—Prepare and upload payment proposals to e —bank
—Monthly bank reconciliation
—Staff expenses auditing
—Issue bank guarantees and SBLC for sales
—Perform general accounting activities, focusing on monthly closings
—Collaborate closely with all parts of the organization
About you
You are a detail —oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting from a full —time university. You have documented experience in accounting, specifically in AP or treasury, and are either a fresh graduate or have up to one year of work experience in a multinational company. Your organizational and leadership skills are well —documented, and you possess proven knowledge of transactional finance. You are service —minded with a good ability to create relations and have excellent knowledge of at least one finance system used within the country/area. Fluent in English and the local language, you are knowledgeable about IFRS, and an accounting certification would be preferred. Your role will involve supporting changes regarding bank and treasury, preparing and uploading payment proposals to e —bank, monthly bank reconciliation, staff expenses auditing, issuing bank guarantees and SBLC for sales, performing general accounting activities focusing on monthly closings, and collaborating closely with all parts of the organization.
