Your Role

  • Responsible for the finance process, booking, accounting, closing, and reporting according to local general accounting principles and IFRS.
  • Ensure alignment with internal control framework, as well as with applicable laws and regulations, especially auditing, tax and SAFE etc. Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational.
  • Acting as window person to Tax bureau, banks, audit firm, etc.
  • Be the owner of the company cash-flow and loans.
  • Performing special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
  • Responsible for financial accounting procedures, regulations and methods.
  • Further, function as back-up for other roles within the finance organization and contribute in selected internal development projects.
  • Forecast/Budget support.
  • Develop and lead highly competent finance share service team.
  • Others by line manager

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from full-time university.
  • Experience in finance and accounting min. 8 years and more than 3 years working experience as a finance manager in multinational company.
  • Good Knowledge in Finance/Accounting, Taxation rules & regulations of China, Knowledge of IFRS a plus and international, (Group) Company various guidelines, Procedures in the finance processes
  • Coach capabilities
  • Service minded with good ability to create relations.
  • Good English in both written & spoken.
  • Familiar with common ERP (such as SAP) and MS office
  • Good Communication and coordination
