1) This alloy resists a wide range of severely corrosive environments.

2) This alloy combines excellent fatigue resistance and rupture strength at high temperature.

3) This alloy combines corrosion resistance and high strength with outstanding weldability including resistance to post weld cracking.

4) This alloy also has good resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation.

5) This alloy is used extensively in high-temperature applications.

Our program of nickel-based superalloys is now extended with powders with extremely low levels of Oxygen and Nitrogen, making them especially suited for additive manufacturing and HIP (hot-isostatic pressing). The high cleanness is achieved through our gas atomizing process with melting under vacuum.

Self fluxing nickel alloys

Self fluxing nickel alloy formulations giving a wide compositional variation that will produce coatings with optimum wear resistance. Alloy selection depends upon the application requirements, including wear resistance characteristics and the working environment. The metal powders are supplied to suit all thermal spraying and welding systems.

Non self fluxing nickel alloys

Non self fluxing nickel alloys formulated to produce high-integrity coatings using plasma and high-velocity thermal spray systems. The alloys are selected to provide optimum resistance to high-temperature oxidation, corrosion and erosive wear.

Self bonding nickel alloys

Self bonding nickel alloys with optimum characteristics for applications where a single metallized coating is preferred. With adequate surface preparation and suitable thermal spraying equipment, high density coatings are produced with high bond strengths. For corrosive environments, the deposit will require a sealant.
