The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Sandvik AB decided to distribute all shares in the wholly-owned subsidiary Alleima AB (former business area Sandvik Materials Technology) to the shareholders of Sandvik. Alleima, has published a prospectus regarding the admission to trading of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading is expected to be August 31, 2022.
