Your Role

As an IT System Analyst, you are part of the Alleima USA IT Demand Area and work with Alleima USA business units providing and supporting business process analysis, application design and development and project management within Alleima USA. The position reports to the Regional Application Manager, Alleima USA, a department with responsibility for strategic IT solutions.

The IT System Analyst will provide system support by acting as the Level 2 and/ or Level 3 onsite or remote point of contact for manufacturing, sales, and financial systems such as ERP, integration, data collection, reporting, document management, EDI, and more. You will also work with both internal and external partners to deliver enhancements to existing systems and software through change management process.

  • Collaboration and coordination of implementation and upgrades for onsite systems through life cycle management and working with multiple level of management and colleagues.

  • Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.

  • Suggest and contribute in Continuous Improvements.

  • Follow established processes and instructions and contribute to following applicable Service Level Agreements

  • Maintain knowledge of and documentation for all processes and procedures to support continuity of service and redundancy of skills and capabilities.

  • Participate in/Lead IT aspect of Local, Regional, and/or Global projects.

  • Collaborate with global counterparts and with regional/local IT groups to ensure that IT solutions are fully in line with the global Alleima IT Strategies.

  • Support and troubleshoot end-user issues.

  • Other day to day assignments as issued by Alleima USA.

About You

This position is located in Clark Summit, PA and is not a remote position and will be a onsite position and must authorized to work in the United States of America.

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, equivalent education and/or 5 or more years of relevant experience, strong technical documentation skills, and a drive to learn and be challenged by new systems. Specific training, education, or experience in the following items:

  • API REST/SOAP (web services), .NET development.

  • JSON/XML/XSLT (interchange formatting).

  • SQL/DB2 database knowledge.

  • Data Warehousing and Reporting knowledge.

  • Infor ION/Integration knowledge (preferred but not required).

  • JavaScript/HTML (web development languages – preferred but not required).

  • General programming knowledge (C#, Python, etc. – preferred but not required).
