Alleima Business Unit (BU) Medical is on an exciting growth journey. Lately, we have made two acquisitions and set up one site greenfield, and another is yet to come. Being a truly global organization, we have manufacturing sites in Palm Coast, FL, Tucson, AZ (both US), Germany, Switzerland, and Italy (Europe), with a team spread over the world. Currently reshaping our sales and marketing organization, we are now looking for a Sales Area Manager for NAFTA – one of our most important markets.

Your Role

As the Sales Area Manager for NAFTA, you will be responsible for setting the sales area’s business plan and the execution of the activities. You will also be accountable for achieving the sales area’s sales goals and business development targets together with your team. You will also be:

  • Accountable for the sales area forecast on the customer, industry segment, and product level.
  • Responsible for key accounts within your own area.
  • Driving business intelligence activities including competitor activities, industry segment behavior, etc.

Being a manager for an initial team of 4 people, you will also be responsible for managing, developing, and growing your organization. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director for Business Unit Medical.

About You

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Engineering or other relevant technical education. You have 3 years minimum experience in sales or related functions. Leadership experience is highly beneficial. Experience in the medical industry is essential.

Additional Information

The location of the position is flexible within the US in close cooperation with the manufacturing sites in the US and Europe. The role will require 50-75% travel.
