Elevate your career as an Inside Sales Representative for our Strip Division, taking the lead as the initial point of contact for our valued customers and prospective partners across the EMEA region (EMEA, Middle East, Africa). Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be the first contact person for our customers and interested parties from the EMEA economic area (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Your tasks will include providing technical advice on material selection (with the support of our product specialists) in direct customer contact. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to the growth and proper functioning of our company.

Your tasks:

- In your hand lies our new customer acquisition. In coordination with the Development Manager, you will also take appropriate measures for even closer customer loyalty.

- In accordance with our ALLEIMA rules and procedures, you will manage and continuously develop the existing business, exploit existing optimization potential in our operations and increase profitability.

- On a daily basis, you will bring the company's profit and the customer's profit together through value-based selling.

- Together with our Inside Sales Manager, you will review all customers who are falling short of their targets and, if necessary, act in the interests of the company.

- In addition, you will ensure a smoothly functioning customer service and get to the bottom of possible errors so that inquiries, orders and complaints are handled and followed up efficiently.

Location for this position is Sandviken.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a degree as am office management assistant or an equivalent academic background in fields such as business administration or economics. You have good understanding of ENQ-to-cash business processes, which encompass the entire cycle from a customer’s initial inquiry to the final payment. You are proficient in IT-skills, including MS Office, CRM, ERP-systems. Fluency in both German and English is a requirement, with proficiency in other languages being a merit.

With your committed, independent, and conscientious way of working, your distinctive customer orientation and your friendly appearance, you will be a great asset to your new colleagues as a team player with strong communication skills.
