Engineering & Development Manager

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making so that the engineering strategy is aligned with the long-term vision, mission, and objectives of the organization. Oversee the engineering budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and maintain professional standards. Develop and maintain technical expertise in the organization; evaluate new technologies and advise the organization on appropriate investments. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional engineering staff to ensure the quality, validity, and credibility of the organization's activities.
